Senior IT Recruiter

As a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter, you'll help lead our talent acquisition efforts in Mexico, serving as a local market expert while supporting our growing Engineering and Go-To-Market teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our sourcing and recruitment strategies in a key market, leveraging your deep understanding of Mexico's tech market landscape to identify exceptional technical talent. Key Responsibilities: · Source technical talent through LinkedIn, Gem, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media platforms, and local tech communities · Apply your in-depth understanding of Mexico's tech landscape to address regional challenges, align with compensation expectations, and evaluate technical skills · Craft compelling outreach messages that highlight ThousandEyes' unique culture and growth opportunities Qualifications: · 8 years of experience in technical talent sourcing/recruiting, with focus on technical roles in Mexico · Comprehensive understanding of Mexico's tech ecosystem, including regional hubs, universities, community events, compensation trends, market challenges, and forming tangible solutions to market challenges · Ability to evaluate Engineering candidates for technical aptitude, leveling, etc. · Demonstrated success in engaging passive candidates through creative approaches · Strong English proficiency for effective engagement with local candidates and US teams · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong, prompt communication and collaboration with US-based colleagues · Preferred: Established connections in Mexico's tech community and an existing network of Engineering talent We offer: *Competitive salary based on experience (100% payroll) *100% remote *Legal benefits *Superior Medical Insurance
