Junior/Mid Digital Designer

As a Junior/Mid Digital Designer, youll bring creative ideas to life across digital platforms, crafting visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and user experience best practices. Whether its designing web assets, social media graphics, or marketing materials, youll be at the forefront of digital storytelling, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Your role will require collaboration with marketing teams, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of design across all touchpoints. What you'll do Conceptualisation & Research Generate creative concepts backed by research, ensuring designs align with brand identity and industry trends Design & Delivery Create high-quality digital assets, from social media graphics to landing pages, ensuring timely and polished execution Quality Assurance (QA) Review and refine designs for consistency, usability, and technical accuracy before final delivery Social Media Design Develop visually engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, maintaining brand cohesion Marketing & Online Collateral Design digital marketing assets, landing pages, and app interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement Client Communication & Presentation Interpret briefs effectively, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and confidently present designs to clients What you'll need Agency Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines Proactive & Independent A self-starter who takes initiative and can work autonomously while meeting project goals Collaborative Team Player Ability to work effectively within a structured team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues Strong Communication & Energy High-energy individual with excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members Attention to Detail A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and consistency across all design outputs Technical Requirements Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection (design software will be provided)
