Senior Designer

We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to lead and elevate our creative projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure design excellence across all touchpoints. What you'll do Lead the end-to-end design process for projects, from concept to execution Meet with clients and startegist team regarding upcoming projects Manage changes and roll outs of campaigns Creating mock ups and examples of upcoming activations for clients Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials Create compelling visuals for web, print, and social media Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life Design presentations using Powerpoint What you'll need Bachelors Degree in Design (or similar) 3-5 years experience working as a Designer Experience in medical/pharma advertising 2-3 years experience working with Shopper/in-store point-of-sale (POS) Experience working with MAC 2-3 years experience working with Adobe Creative Suit (specifically Lightroom and Photoshop)
