Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 certificate. 2 years experience in a financial services and investment admin role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong document formatting and spreadsheet skills. Experience using CRM or financial planning software. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Preferred: Exposure to investment platforms (e.g., Allan Gray, Ninety One, Glacier, Momentum, etc.). Familiarity with local regulatory environments (e.g., FSCA, FSB, RDR framework). Experience working with financial advisers or in a financial planning practice. Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. High level of discretion with confidential client information. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to work independently and within a team. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative. Adaptability and calmness under pressure. Working Conditions: Hybrid.
