Role Overview Dynamic and creative Social Media Manager for a luxury jewellery company Reports directly to the MD Manage social media presence, optimize CRM leads, create captivating digital content Engage with high-net-worth individuals and everyday customers Key Duties and Responsibilities Graphic Design Create and maintain cohesive visual identity Design logos, typography, colour palettes, and brand elements Marketing and Promotional Materials Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics Develop email campaigns and newsletters Product Packaging Design Design luxurious and innovative packaging Ensure packaging aligns with brand aesthetics Website and Digital Presence Design and update the company’s website Create digital assets for online marketing Trend Analysis and Innovation Stay updated with design trends and luxury market insights Incorporate innovative design techniques Quality Control Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality Visual Content Creation Produce high-quality visual content for various platforms Conduct product photography sessions Design and execute advertising campaigns Collaborate with the MD for brand consistency Develop engaging digital content Stay updated with digital content trends and tools Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategy across platforms Create, curate, and manage published content Monitor, listen, and respond to users CRM Lead Optimization and Follow-Up Utilize CRM tools to track and optimize leads Follow up on leads and ensure seamless customer journey Analyze CRM data for trends and opportunities Customer Engagement Interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals and everyday customers Provide exceptional customer service Requirements Technical Skills Proficiency in Apple Mac iOS Strong knowledge of social media platforms Experience with CRM tools and lead management Skilled in digital content creation and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Understanding of luxury branding and aesthetics Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Experience At least 2 years in social media management, preferably in luxury goods Experience in photography and digital advertising Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and digital content Personal Attributes Presentable and articulate Honest and with integrity Ability to work independently and show initiative Engage with diverse customer base Creative thinker with attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
