The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you’ll join a high-performing team of industry experts, learning from the best while developing key skills in sales, business development, and relationship management. This is a 360-recruitment role , meaning you’ll be trained to manage both clients and candidates, handling the entire hiring process from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing: Sales & Business Development – Building a client portfolio, winning new business, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing – Identifying top talent and matching them with exciting opportunities. Building Relationships – Developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Negotiation & Closing Deals – Acting as a trusted advisor throughout high-value hiring processes. Market Research & Strategy – Staying ahead of industry trends and adapting recruitment strategies accordingly.
