You’ll be the go-to expert in Salary Sacrifice schemes, helping businesses across the UK unlock the full benefits of vehicle leasing and employee engagement through smart, tax-efficient solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Become the trusted expert on all things Salary Sacrifice, both internally and for our customers. Engage, nurture, and convert leads generated through cutting-edge social media campaigns. Guide customers through every stage—from scoping and planning to launch and beyond . Create tailored resources, including driver guides and strategic employee communications plans. What You’ll Bring: A proven background in sales, stakeholder engagement, or customer relationship management. Strong commercial awareness of salary sacrifice & its benefits Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism. Comfortable delivering presentations, webinars, and client-facing comms .
