What You'll Lead: The creation and execution of a long-term training and skills roadmap Development of cutting-edge programmes aligned with evolving sector needs Collaborative engagement with industry partners, funders, and awarding bodies Oversight of teaching quality, learner success, and compliance standards Management of internal teams, resources, and training centre operations Hands-on contribution to apprenticeship and vocational qualification delivery What You’ll Bring: Extensive experience in construction-based education or training leadership Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, ESFA) Certified teaching and assessment credentials (CertEd/PGCE, CAVA, IQA) A track record of delivering impactful learning and skills programmes Vision, energy, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the sector Get in Touch - This is an exciting one!
