Associate Director Building Surveying

Your new company I am currently working with a national Property Consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director in Building Surveying to join the Building Consultancy team. They are seeking someone who is chartered in the RICS and holds experience working on Commercial and Industrial real estate in the London market. Your new role Client facing building and maintaining working relationships Managing bultiple building surveying instructions at any given time across a range of key clients Working within set deadlines updating the client along the way Providing professional advise and support on Schedules of Dilapidations, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Development Monitoring, Fire Safety and Condition Reports Acting in the role of a Designer, Contract Administrator, Project Manager and fully encompassed Building Surveyor Managing projects from inception to completion Working with and assisting junior team members in mentoring and supporting Managing and motivating team of graduates and surveyors to support their careers moving forward What you'll need to succeed Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - MRICS Pro-active and positive approach to the work Commercial and Industrial Property Experience Client Facing What you'll get in return Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 - depending upon experience Hybrid working offering a great balance and flexibility to support a healthy work life balance Discretionary Bonus & Annual Salary Reviews Private Healthcare, Wellness Programme, Birthday and extra day at Xmas as Annual Leave as well as Life Insurance What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
