LOCATION CAPE TOWN SALARY: MARKET RELATED WITH MEDICAL AID/PROVIDENT FUND Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for a Food and Beverage host to join their Food and Beverage team in a luxury hotel in Cape Town. Host/Hostess Duties but not limited to: - Greet customers and manage the seating area. - Pass out menus to customers and take phone calls in a professional manner. - Maintain an accurate waitlist and direct customers to coatrooms, restrooms, or a waiting area as needed. - Notify supervisors of large parties and ensure that all reservations are distributed among waiter stations efficiently. - Advise waiters of any special requests from customers. Requirements: - Grade 12 education is required. - A formal qualification will be considered an advantage. - Computer literacy is also essential.
