Our Strategy and Operations practice spans a wide range of clients’ Digital Transformation needs. Our services include business modeling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation. We assist clients in strategising, designing and implementing key initiatives across various areas including: Strategy and Business Model Design Customer Experience, Sales, Service and Marketing Digital Supply Chain and Operations Procurement International Development and Sustainability We are seeking bright and enthusiastic young professionals who are passionate about problem solving and keen to pick up the requisite skills for a long term career at PwC. We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2025. About The Role: You will bring Strategic & Operations Consulting experience to engagement delivery which includes aligning strategy, data, people, process and technology for the digital age. You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc. You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate. You will contribute to overall development and growth of the Strategy & Operations practice. Skill Requirements: Young professionals or fresh graduates in any specialization from reputable local and overseas universities. Excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record. Are keen to develop themselves in consulting. Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative. A results-oriented self-starter who can work in teams, is resourceful and willing to think out of the box. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment. Have a good co-curricular activities record.
