Job Description : We are looking for a talented Visual Designer who can seamlessly blend graphic design and UI design to create stunning visual assets and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering visually compelling and user-friendly experiences. Responsibilities : - Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, banners, and marketing materials. - Design brand assets, including logos, icons, infographics, and promotional content. - Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital and print platforms. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging social media creatives and advertisements. - Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications. - Develop high-fidelity UI mockups in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Ensure designs follow usability principles, accessibility standards, and best UI/UX practices. - Conduct design reviews and iterate based on user feedback. Requirements : - Proven work experience of 4 years as a Visual Designer or similar role. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI design projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Experience with design systems, typography, color theory, and layout design. - Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for different screen sizes. - Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
