Building Services Engineer

Based in one of Bristols most prestigious recently developed office buildings you as the successful applicant will be carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance working alongside our client. You will oversee contractors and a team of 1 2 engineers across other sites conducting supervisory duties such as; toolbox talks and engineer/van audits. Competitive salary, Contributory Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Company vehicle, On Site Parking, Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (flexible on start/finish) Key Responsibilities Varied reactive and planned works Ensure statutory compliance tasks are completed and documented Prioritise and meet agreed timeframes Supervise a small team of 1 2 engineers Carry out toolbox talks and audits (engineer and van) Respond to emergencies on site Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers Provide technical assistance where required Build strong client, contractor and building users relationships Produce quotations where required Reporting direct to line manager Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs Key Requirements Electrical qualifications and ideally from a commercial background (apprenticeship, 18th Edition) Strong health and safety awareness Commercial building services experience Proficient in Microsoft office and CAFM systems Experience to a degree in a multitude of trades e.g. basic plumbing, basic fabric Flexibility & proactive approach Client facing with a positive and professional approach Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Punctual and organised Full clean driving licence About Us.
