About the role Your mission: make ZOOZ content go viral and turn views into sales. Trend-hunt, seed clips to meme pages, DM micro-influencers, and track code-driven revenue. Responsibilities Daily trend mining on TikTok/Reels; brief creative team. Distribute clips to meme pages, subreddits, Discords. Spin up spark ads/promos under preset budgets. Manage influencer seeding: DM, negotiate, ship product. Monitor creator-code sales via Shopify Collabs. You bring Proven knack for viral culture & community seeding. Basic paid-ads literacy (TikTok/Meta dashboards). Clear English copy for outreach. Data mindset (UTMs, Sheets). Modash/Phantombuster a plus. Compensation £150/month base. £50 bonus per clip that breaks 100 k views (cap £350/mo). Path to full-time Growth Marketer (£30 k) on hitting KPIs. We value hustle, creativity, and results above all.
