In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Installing, configuring and repairing IT Hardware located within the UK Datacentres Helping provide VMWare and SAN environment support Installing Network cabling Deal with external suppliers Manage and update the Datacentre Inventory Management System Shadow Datacentre facilities management team to support power, cooling and physical secreting systems within the Datacentres Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
