Role - Agile Delivery Lead Industry - Health & Wellbeing Tech Location - Sheffield (Hybrid, a few times a month in the office) Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 About the Role Our customer, a leading health insurance and wellbeing company, is looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to support two of their core squads. You will play a crucial role in overseeing both a major transformation project as well as driving the success of new product builds , ensuring that the teams deliver value effectively and efficiently. You will bring a deep understanding of Kanban , with the ability to flex across other Agile methodologies where needed. Organisation, forward planning, and strong project management skills are key – but above all, we want to see your passion for great delivery . What You Will Be Doing Leading Agile delivery across two squads, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement Working in a leadership trio alongside a Tech Lead and PO/BA, aligning on priorities and strategy Driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and proactively resolving blockers Planning ahead, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed What We Are Looking For Strong experience in Agile delivery, with expertise in Kanban and knowledge of other methodologies A proactive mindset – someone who thrives on organisation, planning, and execution Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects effectively A strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Passion for delivering high-quality solutions that make a real difference in health and wellbeing The Benefits: Health & Wellbeing: Health cash plan and private health insurance.
