Y our Role Will Include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support in Mathsboosting confidence, closing gaps, and encouraging problem-solving skills. Supporting students who may find Maths challenging, including those with Special Educational Needs. Assisting teaching staff in lessons to maximise engagement and progress. Helping learners develop the resilience and mindset needed for success in a core subject. Being a calm, encouraging presence in the classroom and beyond.
