Community Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Coordinator to strengthen our product’s ecosystem and build meaningful connections within the player community. This role focuses on creating engaging content strategies, fostering community engagement, and driving discussions that resonate with players. The ideal candidate is a passionate gamer with a strong understanding of gaming communities and a knack for creating impactful content. They excel at collaborating with teams, analyzing social media performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance community sentiment and engagement. The candidate must also possess a keen ability to sense shifts in community sentiment and respond quickly and effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with both regional and local initiatives. Manage social media channels to ensure consistent engagement and growth. Collaborate with content teams to create assets for social media posts and execute them according to a content calendar. Monitor and analyze the performance of key social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities. Gather and report community sentiment on key topics discussed in community channels. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working with digital communities. Strong understanding of gaming communities and channels (e.g., Discord, social media groups) with knowledge of relevant tools and practices to enhance engagement. Must have a sharp ability to detect shifts in community sentiment and respond swiftly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A passion for the gaming industry (strongly preferred).
