System Engineering Candidates That Would Impress Us Graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or University. Proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering, and IVVQ activities. Eager to update your expertise and design innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Interested in strengthening your skills in conception, requirement management, development, testing, integration, or validation. Enjoy solving complex problems in a challenging environment. Recognized as a team player who enjoys collaborative work. Possess a synthetic and helicopter view of organizational processes. Willing to share knowledge as a mentor. Competencies Quickly understand the system environment, key stakeholders, interactions, products, and context. Knowledge of design-to-cost approaches. Ability to adapt and react to change. Familiar with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA. Experience with network configuration and administration. Experience leading engineering projects or activities.
