Job Description: Responsibilities: Apply knowledge to solve complex business issues. Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods. Promote and lead process improvement activities and training for peers and clients. Qualifications/Technical Skills: Proficiency in structured techniques for documentation, analysis, and validation. Ability to decompose high-level information into details. Experience in managing scope, client expectations, requirements change, and traceability. Skill in classifying and prioritizing requirements; Object-Oriented techniques and UML modeling. Creativity and innovation in solving complex problems; collaborative relationship-building. Effective verbal and written communication skills; experience in delivering presentations. Knowledge of Function Point counting, survey design, statistical analysis. Experience in visualization modeling, business rules modeling, and developing acceptance test plans. Requirements: Experience in the Public Sector. Certification: IIBA CBAP or equivalent.
