About the role: We are looking for an Internal Sales professional in our IoT, Data & AI business unit. The person will be responsible for processes and vendor pricing , managing all quotes and closing orders . Responsibilities: Engage in active inside selling by utilizing various sources to gather customer information. Manage customer backorders and reports, applying specialist knowledge, and engage in “intelligent project fishing”. Manage projects end-to-end or coordinate with pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product information , pricing , special offers , and promotions . Drive sales of specific products/vendors when specific knowledge is required. Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, regularly reviewing and updating it, and ensure active closure of opportunities. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Data & AI product set and IT industry. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills .
