Capital Advisory Associate Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional (likely at Associate grade but we can be flexible depending on experience) to join our Capital Advisory and Analytical Solutions team, which support financial institutions moving towards higher capital efficiency standards and developing advanced analytics to support innovative use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital efficiency and risk management, coupled with technical expertise in advanced analytics. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in capital efficiency, risk management, and analytics. Comprehensive knowledge of prudential regulations and supervisory guidelines related to capital requirements. Expertise in credit risk modelling (e.g. IRB, IFRS9 , Credit portfolio models). Proficiency in programming with at least one of SAS or Python; additional knowledge of R, SQL, or Matlab is an advantage. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their practical applications in analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex concepts.
