Salary : 5 to 12 : DEFTeam Solutions Pvt Ltd Position hiring : UX designer Experience : Min 3-10yrs max Qualification : Any post graduate Mode of work : Full time & Work from Office Work timings : Domestic / India timings Working days : Mon-Fri (5 days) Company location : Hyderabad (Begumpet) Immediate to 15 days notice period DESRIPTION : We are looking for A UX (User Experience) designer focuses on making products, services, and technology usable, enjoyable, and accessible by understanding user needs and designing intuitive, user-centric : - UX designers conduct research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points - Create visual representations of designs, including wireframes (basic layouts) and interactive prototypes. - Test designs with real users to identify areas for improvement - effectively communicate their design ideas and rationale to stakeholders - Work with other team members, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to ensure that the product meets user needs and business goals. - Ensure that the user experience for individuals using websites or applications is as efficient and satisfying as required : - Wireframing, prototyping, visual design, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Wizard based, AI (chatbot and application native AI based user guidance ) guiding, Voice enabled navigation and workflows - Basic Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
