Senior Android Developer - Kotlin Multiplatform

Job Description : We are looking for to join our client's dynamic team. Location : Remote Working Experience Required : 3 - 8 yrs Working Days : 5 days/week Review Criteria : Mandatory : - Strong Android Developer (Kotlin) profiles - Mandatory (Experience 1) - Min 4 YOE in Android Development (Overall exp should not be more than 7 Yrs)- - Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 4 YOE in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform - Mandatory (Company) - Product Companies/Unicorn Startups (B2C companies like Social network, Video Streaming companies, Ecommerce, Delivery, Gaming etc) - Mandatory (Education) - Engineering from Tier-1 Colleges (IIT, BITS, Top NITs, IIIT) Preferred : - Preferred (Experience 1) - Experience in Flutter - Preferred (Experience 2) - Experience in MVVM architecture (Model-View-ViewModel) - Highly preferred (Company) : Social network Companies like ShareChat or Video Streaming companies,like Hotstar, JioCinema, InMobi Ropso/Glance or Gaming Companies Role & Responsibilities : - Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications for Android platform using Kotlin. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices. - Optimise mobile app performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support. Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-8 years of proven experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Kotlin and Swift. - Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Swift programming languages. - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile UI/UX principles. - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
