Java Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot. - Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring proper documentation using tools like Swagger. - Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Develop comprehensive unit tests using frameworks like JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. - Manage build and dependency management using tools like Gradle or Maven. - Work with cloud platforms, primarily Azure, for deploying and managing microservices. Required Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional software development experience using Java. - Core Java: Strong proficiency in Core Java concepts and principles. - Spring Boot: Proven hands-on experience in developing applications using Spring Boot. - Microservices: Solid understanding and practical experience in designing and developing microservices architecture. - REST APIs: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, including documentation using Swagger. - Unit Testing: Experience writing unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, or similar libraries. - Build Tools: Proficiency with build tools like Gradle and/or Maven. Preferred Skills: - Cloud Platform: Experience developing and deploying microservices on Azure is highly preferable. - Experience with AWS is also considered a plus.
