Job Description
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in IT consulting, project/program management, and public health software applications for Government of India (GoI) or State/UT Government projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of consulting experience in managing IT projects, preferably in the public health domain, and will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining stakeholder Responsibilities : - Lead and manage IT-related projects/programs for government clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of public health software applications in collaboration with GoI/State/UT Government bodies. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client requirements. - Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, government stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution. - Provide strategic consulting expertise to clients, offering solutions to improve IT systems and public health programs. - Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and key metrics to senior leadership and government stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with government policies, security standards, and best practices in IT project Qualifications & : MBA/PGDM from a recognized Indian university/college OR : - Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in IT project/program management. - Prior experience working with Government of India (GoI) or State/UT Governments on public health software applications is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and government IT procurement Competencies : - Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in IT consulting, risk management, and governance frameworks. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with government stakeholders. - Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation Skills (Good To Have) : - Certification in PMP/PRINCE2, Agile, or IT governance. - Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (e.g., HMIS, Ayushman Bharat, CoWIN, etc.) - Experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or cloud-based solutions for government Join Us? - Opportunity to work on high-impact government IT projects in the public health domain. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. - Competitive compensation and : Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are hiring for Our client, which is a British multinational professional services network headquartered in London, England.
