JOB DETAILS: Job Title: CyberArk Engineer. Location: Pune/Bangalore (Hybrid 3days in a week at office, 2 days wfh). Type: C2H. Overall 7 years. Relevant 3 CyberArk Operations Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day privileged accounts management, maintenance, and support of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. This role involves configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing CyberArk components to ensure secure and efficient privileged account management. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to support identity and access management initiatives, ensuring adherence to security policies and best practices. Experience Level: Level 2 (3 to 7 yrs) Minimum 3 years is the relevant experience. Qualifications: grad/ post grad. Must Haves: - 3 years of CyberArk experience in operations. - Cyberark CorePAS. - Secrets Management including Credential Provider/Central Credential Provider and Conjur experience. Nice to Haves: - /lkiu6y74, Cyberark sentry certification desirable. - Application Security. - Experience with Active Directory (AD) and ADFS. - Experience with PowerShell and Shell Scripting for automating repeatable tasks and installations. - Knowledge of server operations and maintenance. - Understanding of cloud terminology, architecture, and tools to include installing, provisioning and monitoring. Tasks & responsibilities: - Work with infrastructure support groups (OS/Network/Antivirus/AD/SIEM/Patching) to troubleshoot installation/upgrade issues. - Develop and execute the CyberArk integrations implementation plans and deployment guides. - Perform platform onboarding for PSM and AIM/AAM/Secrets Manager/Conjur solutions. - Work with application teams for application onboarding for password management using CP, CCP and Conjur. - Work with infrastructure teams (-nix/Windows/Network/Mainframe/ Databases/Applications) to gather information for platform and account onboarding. - Perform account onboarding. - Develop and unit test PSM connection components. - Develop and test AIM/AAM/Conjur SDKs for application integration. - Gather new CPM plugin development requirements. - Perform CPM plugin installation and perform testing. - Work with support groups to generate test data for testing. - Support, troubleshoot and fix CPM plug-in issues. - Generate CyberArk reports. - Excellent MS Excel skills for metrics and reports. - Develop PowerShell/Java scripts/codes to automate CyberArk jobs. - Responsible for PAM Operations and various remediations to meet the compliance standards. - Work with Governance and GAP teams on remediating the risk findings. - Ability to fix CPM failures and remediation of nonmanaged accounts in CyberArk.
