Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department. - Maintain and update hardware and software systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. - Ensure data security and integrity. - Implement new technologies to optimize business operations. - Manage IT helpdesk support and respond to user inquiries. - Monitor network performance and system health. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs. Manage & Maintain sever/s. What You'll Need : - Experience of 5 years System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role. - Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. - Knowledge of system security (e.g intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. - Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. - BSc/BA/BCA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
