Immediate Hiring for SAP SD (Sales & : 5 to 8 years Notice Period : 30 days or less / Immediate Duties & Responsibilities : - Should be able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Sales, Distribution, Billing, and Credit Management and provide solutions for issues raised by users. - Should be able to provide solutions for issues related to Master Data, Transactions, Configuration Settings, and ABAP objects. - Should be able to map processes in the event of changes in statutory requirements in line with the Union Budget. - Able to provide support in line with agreed SLA. - Timely closure of tickets in the ticketing tool. - Root cause analysis documentation for critical issues. - Change request documentation. - Able to provide training to users. - Able to provide support during period-end activities. - Able to develop and deliver custom objects. Minimum Qualification : - Graduate in : Ready to work in any location in India & abroad. Essential Requirements : - SAP Experience : 5 to 9 years - Team Handling Experience - Offshore Support project(s) - Supported at least 6 clients Desirable Requirements : - Degree/Post Graduate/MBA - Certifications : SAP certification - Industry Experience : Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure - GST Implementation project(s) : 1 - HANA Migration project(s) : 1 - Roll-out project(s) : 1 - Domain Experience : 2 to 4 years - Ability to provide training - E2E Implementation project(s) : 1 - Onsite Support project(s) : 1 Technical Competencies : - Experience in support projects using ticketing tools and required documentation. - Ability to understand process mapping through SAP standard processes and custom developments and provide solutions for issues. - Ability to handle configurations required to solve issues, provide functional specifications for RICEF changes/new developments, testing, and solution delivery. - Ability to guide users for data migration activities and support them in uploading data. - Ability to analyze and support authorization-related issues and master data issues. - Ability to provide support during period-ending activities. - Ability to provide training.
