DevOps Engineer - Cloud Platform

Formal Prerequisites : - Diploma / Graduate / Technical Certification in IT Hardware & Networking or equivalent. - 35 years of experience in IT system operations and software tools. - Technical knowledge in IT hardware, systems troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting or object-oriented programming languages. - Certifications in DevOps tools, Cloud platforms, or Infrastructure as Code are an advantage. - Business fluency in English (written and verbal). - Strong communication and self-learning skills. Key Responsibilities Reliability & Performance : - Maintain high availability and reliability of systems and applications. - Implement and manage failover and disaster recovery strategies. - Monitor and optimize system performance. - Identify and resolve performance & Problem Management : - Respond to system incidents and manage outages efficiently. - Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. - Implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid Improvement : - Continuously assess and improve internal processes and tools. - Stay updated with industry best practices and technological trends. - Enhance internal service, product quality, and stakeholder Technical Tasks (Continuous Integration / Deployment) : - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Automate build, test, and deployment processes using industry-standard as Code (IaC) : - Develop and manage infrastructure using code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). - Ensure infrastructure is scalable, version-controlled, and and Logging : - Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios). - Implement logging systems (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk) to capture and analyze logs.
