SAP FI Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description : Position : SAP FI - Financial Accounting Consultant Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India (PAN India Travel Required) Experience : 6 - 8 Years Company : Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Big 4 Firm) Job Summary : We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in implementing and configuring SAP FI modules, along with a strong understanding of core financial processes. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and support for our client, a leading Big 4 firm. Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting. - Configure and customize SAP FI functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - Conduct workshops and gather business requirements to design effective SAP solutions. - Develop and maintain functional specifications and configuration documents. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of core financial processes, including General Ledger Accounting, Tax Determination (TDS, GST), Automatic Payment Program (APP), and Asset Accounting. - Configure and implement New G/L functionalities. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Participate in S/4 HANA implementation projects, leveraging new functionalities and best practices. - Migrate existing SAP ECC configurations to S/4 HANA. - Provide expertise in S/4 HANA finance modules. - Provide functional support for SAP FI modules, resolving incidents and service requests. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues. - Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring. - Manage project deliverables and timelines. - Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users. - - Be willing to travel PAN India to support project implementations and provide on-site support. Requirements : Technical Skills : - 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and configuration. - Deep functional expertise in SAP FI modules (G/L, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting). - Strong understanding of core financial processes (New G/L, TDS, GST, APP). - Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA implementations. - Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations or 2-3 support projects. - Experience with S/4 HANA preferred. - Graduation (BCOM, BE/BTech, or similar education related to IT). - Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM/MCA/MTech) preferred. - ICWA/CA Final as a qualification (advantageous).
