Software Implementation & Development Lead

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions tailored to the needs of the building materials business. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, production, finance) to identify digital transformation opportunities. - Develop custom ERP or workflow automation systems to streamline operations. - Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget. - Evaluate and integrate third-party tools when necessary. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable software architectures. - Establish data analytics and reporting dashboards for real-time performance tracking. - Ensure robust cybersecurity, data integrity, and system reliability across all solutions. - Lead vendor negotiations and manage external development resources (if required). - Stay up to date with technology trends relevant to manufacturing and materials management. Required Qualifications : - Graduate/Postgraduate from IIT or IIM (mandatory). - 3 - 8 years of experience in software development, IT implementation, or digital transformation roles. - Strong technical background in full-stack development, software architecture, or ERP/CRM implementation. - Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions in manufacturing, logistics, or similar domains. - Experience with tech stacks like Java, Python, .NET, SQL, or low-code platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices. - Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
