Lead Developer - Python

About The Job : - Own and be accountable for smooth and effective delivery of tactical process transformation automation solutions as per book of work. - Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of planned automation solutions. - Ensure the right capabilities & certifications are in place for smooth automation delivery. - Adherence to processes and compliance requirements for all automation Job Functions : - Handson in python development and excellent knowledge of python. - Created standalone application using Python with the ability to fluently read python code and revere engineer python code, wrt code debug, code maintenance and execution for minimum of 4 years, with an objective of designing and delivering improved python-based automations. - Clear understanding of Python with hands-on experience in python solutions in desktop or cloud environment. - Contribute as key member of Python Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) to design, deploy custom automation solutions in Python, as executable python code. - Individual contributor developing solutions in agreement with the enterprise architecture, using the approved technology stack (Python, SQL, Azure DevOps etc). - Adhere to the existing policy guidelines wrt software development, deployment, change management. - Version control code through tools in Repos to promote maintenance and re-usage. - Understanding of Agile Software development methodology is desirable. - Experience of having successfully engaged, motivated, and influenced a variety of stakeholders in multiple geographies and cultures is : - Min 4 to 6 years of autonomous design development (Python developer) and deployment of custom software and solution in a Technology organization within shared service delivery environment, of which minimum 3 years should be in Python. - Bachelors Degree, in Engineering, Science, Statistic, Mathematics, or equivalent with minimum Pass in Graduation. - Good Experience in building up a new automation solution with below stack is required. - Language : Python (min 4 year) - Python Libraries : NumPy, Pandas, PyMongo, Open CV, Pillow, Py SQL, Py PostgreSQL etc. - Framework : Flask, Django (at least one) - Database (not mandatory but desirable) : PostgreSQL (SQL), Azure SQL. - Cloud Architecture (not mandatory but desirable) : Azure Fundamentals, Azure Dev Ops / CICD/ Jenkins, Functions, App Service etc. - Security Scanning : SonarCloud or SonarQube is absolute : - Bachelors Degree, in Engineering, Science, Statistic, Mathematics, or equivalent with minimum Pass in Graduation (ref:hirist.tech)
