The Role : We are looking for a Data Scientist who has experience in implementing and managing Data science projects in AWS cloud platform. Working knowledge of Machine learning based client projects or MVPs. Should have worked with cognitive services from major cloud platforms like AWS (Textract, Comprehend, Sagemaker, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cognitive services (added advantage) etc. and have a working knowledge of SQL. Fair understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Should be proficient in Python Key Responsibilities : - Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, Textract, Comprehend, SageMaker, and Step Functions to build scalable data-driven solutions. - Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) with hands-on experience using AWS Bedrock and other foundational models. - Design and implement OCR workflows including data extraction, image pre-processing, and text analysis to improve model accuracy. - Write efficient and maintainable code in Python to support machine learning pipelines, data processing, and automation tasks. - Utilize SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis to support model development and evaluation. Skills Required : - Strong understanding of AWS services mainly : Lambda, Textract, Comprehend, Sagemaker, Step Functions. - Must have hands-on experience with foundational models of Large Language Models (LLM), including AWS Bedrock. - Experience in OCR and pre-processing will be preferred. - Proficiency in Python programming language. - Working knowledge of SQL. Certifications Needed : - Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). - Good collaboration skills and team player - Should have adequate communication skills to clearly update team members on issues/challenges arising during the development. - Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications & Experience : - Any Graduate - 6-10 years of experience, minimum 3-5 yrs of relevant experience (ref:hirist.tech)
