Job Description
The Antitrust Division is responsible for enforcing federal laws designed to ensure that our nation's markets are free and open to robust competition. The Division engages in both civil and criminal litigation, and its work ranges over the entire spectrum of the U.S. economy. The Division has in recent years focused on prosecution of large international cartels involving multinational firms and Fortune 500 firms.

This vacancy is open to CURRENT STUDENTS, enrolled in, or accepted for enrollment in, a degree-seeking program at a college, university, or other professional certification program, on a basis of at least half-time, as defined by your academic institution. In addition to the requirements above, you must also meet the specific qualifications requirements for this position as described in the Qualifications section below. Students must have completed at least one full semester with an accredited law school at the beginning of the current academic term. Preference will be given to second and third-year law students.
