Position Summary: The Family Law Unit primarily assists survivors of domestic violence by securing Injunctions for Protection, Dissolutions of Marriage, and Paternity Orders. We are currently seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join our team and provide high-quality legal services to clients and their families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct representation of clients Preparing and delivering client training and community education Conducting outreach Active bar participation Special legal and community projects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association Awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the populations we serve Ability to manage a large caseload and function professionally in a highly stressful environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including other attorneys, support staff, volunteers, and community partners Excellent written and communication skills Constructive collaboration with others Multilingual abilities are a plus Why Join Us?
