Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Surgical Center Urology Specialists Urology Specialists is seeking a professional, experienced, and friendly Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in our busy Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) and clinic. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, 4 ½ days per week (Monday through Friday, with a half day off each week) Hours: No evenings or weekends Setting: Outpatient surgical center and clinic Our ASC provides care for a variety of urologic procedures including cystoscopies, biopsies, Interstim therapy, and more. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical and surgical setting Obtain and review patient information and histories Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for surgeries Assist physicians during procedures Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments Stock and organize procedure rooms Record and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current South Dakota RN license Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Solid understanding and application of aseptic technique Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD) Profit Sharing eligibility after one year of employment Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) available upon hire Holiday Pay Supportive and collaborative team culture This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice that prioritizes patient care and staff well-being.
