As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage and body treatments, including couples massage. Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy. Maintain accurate records of each session. Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments. Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals. Assist in building a clientele through use of social media and other marketing platforms. Ensure a clean and safe facility. Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations. Qualifications Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy. Capable of performing deep tissue & sports massage. Willing to learn other massage techniques - bamboo, salt-stone, salt scrubs etc. Willing to provide services 3-days a week, at minimum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting. Reliable. High level of ethics and integrity. A passion for helping people look and feel their best.
