Evening Facility Lead

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Evening Lead to join our team at KKR Hudson Yards! You will be responsible for conducting and coordinating proper janitorial and facility cleaning and maintenance according to Merlin standards of operations. Responsibilities: Conduct daily walkthroughs and surveys of space Meets daily with morning Lead to discuss items that need to be focused on in the evening. Constantly communicates in a prompt and effective manner with upper management Oversees vendors, technicians, and cleaners and is able to assist as needed (which can include small repairs, set ups, preparation for a move, cleaning, and etc.) Ensures staff completes routine tasks assigned Checks cleaning supplies and sends reminders of what items need to be ordered ​ Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in a maintenance lead position High school graduate or GED equivalent Basic computer knowledge Strong leadership qualities Benefits: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed) Competitive Salary Paid time off Training and development Health insurance 401k
