Job Description Job Description Compensation $75,000 – $90,000 PTO available Holiday Pay available Remote Position Position Overview Final Expense Direct is a leading insurance agency, providing final expense insurance to seniors over the phone. We are seeking an outgoing, passionate, and high-energy tele-sales manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our tele-sales agents. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of a team of tele-sales Final Expense agents to achieve sales goals. Skillset Requirements: · Must be comfortable role playing telesales techniques and illustrate proper objection handling while leading training sessions with a team of agents. · Must be comfortable leading agent meetings, public speaking, and recording video content for company’s social media platforms. · Must have prioritization and organizational skills, while being able to multitask throughout the day as needed to ensure time sensitive tasks are completed. · Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, operations, and contracting, to execute aligned goals. · Must understand HR policies and have management experience handling sensitive situations. · Strong management forward thinking to act where necessary without being instructed. · Able to adapt and retain operational procedures that apply to the sales department. · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. · Positive motivational attitude with the ability to inspire, bring passion and engage others. · Detail-oriented with the ability to read and understand CRM and Excel reports thoroughly. · Strong listening and awareness skills. · Must be motivated, competitive, goal driven and have a WHY! Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years general management experience required, tele-sales management preferred. · Previous experience as a Final Expense insurance tele-sales agent with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets required. · Proficient using Excel, software systems, and other relevant technology tools.
