Sports Coordinator - Soccer

Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking to fill the position of Soccer Coordinator for our Bremerton and Gig Harbor youth sports programs. This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. A well-suited candidate can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them. The responsibilities are broad in scope, but will require a strong understanding of our program's rules and values, the ability to manage and help our referees, and strong communication skills with our volunteer coaches and parents. Ideal Candidates will have: -Previous experience coaching, refereeing, and playing soccer. -Experience with youth sports and managing a team. -Ability to be on their feet for the majority of their shift (6 hours). Shifts will be Saturdays (Bremerton) and Sundays (Gig Harbor). Starting pay range $18-20/hour. Company Description i9 Sports goal is to help kids succeed in life through sports!
