Job Summary: Seeking an experienced, highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our growing team at Vet Vibes Pet Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for animals. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our patients and provide exceptional client relationship service. Full-time Commitment: 40 hours/week or 5 days/week Responsibilities: Perform a variety of technical duties, including: Vein puncture and phlebotomy Assisting with surgeries and dental procedures Administering medications and treatments Performing laboratory procedures (e.g., blood work, urinalysis) Monitoring anesthesia and vital signs Radiography and ultrasound Dental prophylaxis and polishing Provide client education on pet care and home treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Assist with client communication and scheduling. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technology program. Current and valid LVT license in the state of Florida. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Passion for animal welfare. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
