Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description Infomax, a leading provider of copier/MFP and business technology solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the business technology sector. This role requires a blend of leadership, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote copier systems, managed print services, and related business technology solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key decision-makers Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and materials that support sales efforts Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, negotiation, and customer relationship management Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining strong client relationships and addressing escalations promptly Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - work experience can replace college degree 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role Proven success in selling copier systems, managed print services, or business technology solutions Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Knowledge of the copier and business technology industry is a plus Company Description Infomax Office Systems is a 3rd generation family-owned Iowa business, founded in 1958.
