Job Description

Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Job Specialty: Neonatology Job Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Shift: 12-hour shifts with an option for 24 hours based on experience level Guaranteed Hours: 156 hours a month Experience: 2 years as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License: Active Florida License (or willing to obtain) Certifications: NNP Board Certified Must-Have: Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing Job Description: - Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a Level-III NICU. - Provide attending coverage in the NICU and high-risk delivery services. - Participate in all subspecialty services available. - Offer Level-I coverage, including well-baby care and backup coverage from home. - Join a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs, emphasizing a team approach in a family-centered unit. - Engage in a robust quality improvement program with opportunities for clinical research. - Submit salary expectations during the interview process. - Enjoy a competitive compensation package with various insurance benefits. - Access fertility, diabetes management, and second opinion services. - Participate in a 401(k) thrift program, employee stock purchase plan, and other financial benefits. - Benefit from various health and wellness programs, including family leave, sick pay, and an employee assistance program. - Take part in employee discount programs and identity theft protection.
