Job Description Job Description Finance Operations Analyst – Recent Graduates Location: New York City, NY Compensation: $24 - $26/hour Industry: Financial Services Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent finance graduate with some experience in the financial services industry who are eager to apply their knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will support finance operations, ensure data accuracy, and assist in managing investment processes while working closely with global teams. Responsibilities: Support finance operations and investment processes , ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update financial data using Excel and other reporting tools Verify the accuracy of participant data and transaction records Manage approvals, submissions, and special handling cases related to financial transactions Conduct data audits and testing to ensure compliance with internal policies Collaborate with global teams and provide updates on projects and initiatives Qualifications: Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Some experience in the financial services industry , including internships or part-time roles Strong understanding of finance operations, investment processes, and fund management Knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and financial compliance standards Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines FINRA experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to grow in finance operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment.
