Job Description Job Description JourneyCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our growing team! Work three 12-Hour Shifts 7AM-7PM! HOURS: Monday- Friday (3) 12-Hour Shifts 7AM-7PM and Every Other Weekend TERRITORY : Chicago, IL. Salary: $28 - $38 hourly - Offer Based on Years of Experience Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program Three years of nursing experience.
