IT TRAINER- SKILLS BOOTCAMPS - FULLY REMOTE - £45,000 SLS Recruitment are currently working with a growing training provider who have an opportunity for an IT Trainer to deliver IT across their skills bootcamp provision. This is a fully remote role and is offering a salary of up to £45,000 As an IT Trainer you will have experience of delivering IT including CompTIA, Windows 10/11 and Windows 365. You will have a relevant degree in IT and at least a level 3 teaching qualification. Responsibilities: Motivate and encourage learning and development in your learners Creating an engaging/interactive learning environment which caters to various learning styles Effectively adapt training delivery in an online learning environment, utilising a range of digital tools to enhance learner engagement. Understand the development and implementation of lesson plans and schemes of work, ensuring alignment with the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours Regularly update training materials and resources to reflect current industry standards, trends, and employer requirements.
