Head of Data Management

Position Summary: We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to join our Data Leadership team in a high-impact role. As the Head of Data Management , you will take ownership of our global approach to data governance, quality, and management—cultivating a culture that treats data as a core business asset. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering our enterprise-wide data strategy as part of an extensive transformation initiative. About You: Demonstrated leadership in enterprise data governance and management. Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Investment Banking, or similar sectors. Proficient with modern data platforms, tools, and automation technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to lead teams. Deep passion for data and its potential to drive innovation and value. Well-versed in data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks. Your Key Responsibilities: Advocate for and embed data-informed decision-making across the organization. Design and enhance governance, data quality, and management frameworks. Lead the deployment of Data Lineage and Master Data Management solutions. Leverage AI and automation to boost data integrity and efficiency. Define and enforce data policies while managing key data assets. Monitor and report on the value and impact of data governance initiatives. Ensure alignment between data governance and IT, Security, and Risk functions. Offer subject-matter expertise on data privacy, compliance, and ethics (e.g., GDPR).
