Graduate Legal Helpline Advisor,Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 DOE,Location - Sheffield, South Yorkshire,Contract - Full time, permanent, About the Role As a Legal Helpline Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking legal guidance and support. You'll respond to a wide range of legal queries over the phone and in writing, helping clients understand their rights and options in areas such as employment, contracts, housing, and consumer law. Full training will be provided, and you'll work under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
