What You'll Be Doing: Operating and setting up CNC machinery (Fanuc controls experience is key) Programming and machining components with a variety of complexity Interpreting technical drawings and documentation like a pro Ensuring every component meets quality, safety, and spec standards Monitoring performance and making fine adjustments as needed Using precision instruments to ensure every detail is spot on Keeping your workspace tidy, organised, and safe Supporting ad-hoc projects and working closely with your team What We're Looking For: Time-served engineer or completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship Solid CNC experience, ideally with Fanuc Confident interpreting engineering drawings A proactive, flexible, and quality-driven attitude Strong experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment This is your chance to join a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
